Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying various parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
